Most, when contemplating the attributes of the Heavenly Father, consider his love; but The Apostles' Creed directs us to his Almighty glory. That is, the heavenly Father is sovereign in the administration of his pleasure, purposes and love. This gives the Christian great comfort and boldness in their standing before the world.

Continuing in the study of The Apostles' Creed, we consider the first person of the Trinity - God the Father. The doctrine of the Trinity is a mystery, not to be perplexed or dismissive over, but to be embraced with awe and reverence at the greatness of our God. God the Father look to our communion we were purposed to have with the living and true God, which communion was lost with the fall of Adam, and redeemed by Jesus Christ.
