I Believe in the Holy Spirit

Read John 16:5-15

The Holy Spirit, the third person of the Godhead, is not lesser in equality or glory; nor is he subordinate to the Father and the Son. Rather in the economy of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit is the one who exalts Jesus Christ and his work, in the souls of men. He is the Spirit of truth, the Comforter sent by the Father and the Son to guarantee the inheritance of all God's people.

I Believe in God the Father Almighty

Read Acts 4:13-31

Most, when contemplating the attributes of the Heavenly Father, consider his love; but The Apostles' Creed directs us to his Almighty glory. That is, the heavenly Father is sovereign in the administration of his pleasure, purposes and love. This gives the Christian great comfort and boldness in their standing before the world.
